Process Automation
Automating the routine, so people focus on impact. We simplify workflows, eliminate repetitive tasks, and give teams back the time to focus on what matters most.
What we automate
-
01
Workflow Automation
Approvals, notifications and hand-offs that run on their own, from start to finish.
-
02
Intelligent Assistants
Bots that handle routine requests and pass the complex ones to a person.
-
03
Data Extraction
We read invoices, forms and emails automatically, so nobody has to retype data.
-
04
Seamless Integrations
Automations built into the tools you already use every day.
-
05
Scalable Solutions
Built to keep working as volume grows, with monitoring and error handling.
Invoice reconciliation without the manual grind
The accounts-receivable team of a large staffing group tracked customer invoices in a procurement portal by hand. Reports were exported customer by customer, every rejected invoice was opened one at a time to find the reason, and expected payment dates were calculated in spreadsheets. Rejection reports only ran monthly, so billing problems surfaced weeks late.
We built an automation that extracts the reports, reads the rejection reasons, calculates projected payment dates from the agreed terms, and delivers one consolidated view every morning.
If a task follows the same steps every time, it can probably be automated. That is what we do.
Which tasks are worth automating?
Tasks that are repetitive, follow rules and happen often: processing invoices, moving data between systems, building the same report every week. In the first call we help you identify them.
Do we have to change the software we use?
No. Automations work on top of the tools you already have, from Excel and Outlook to ERPs and web portals.
What happens when the automation hits an error?
It is monitored. Errors are caught, logged and sent to a person to decide, and every run leaves an audit trail.
How fast do we see results?
The first automation is usually live within a few weeks, and it starts saving time from the first day it runs.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we quote per project after the first call. Pilots are deliberately small, with a fixed price agreed before we start, and no surprises on the invoice.
How do we get started?
Send us a message describing the problem. We come back with a few questions, then a short call, and you get a concrete proposal with price and timeline.
