Case study

Store, invoicing and warehouse in one flow

An online retailer ran its store, invoicing software and warehouse stock as three separate worlds. Every order was typed into the invoicing system by hand, stock counts were always behind, and the team spent the first hour of each day fixing yesterday's differences.

We connected the three systems through their APIs: new orders create invoices automatically, stock movements sync in both directions, and a daily summary shows orders, returns and low-stock alerts in one place.

0 orders retyped by hand
3 systems working as one
Same day invoicing for every order

Most companies use good tools that do not talk to each other. We build the connections between them.

Common questions

Have another question? Talk to us.

Our software is old or niche. Can it still be connected?

Usually yes. We use official APIs when they exist and other reliable routes (exports, databases, files) when they do not. We confirm feasibility before you commit to anything.

Is our data safe while it moves between systems?

Yes. Transfers are encrypted, access is limited to what the integration needs, and every sync is logged.

What if one of the systems gets updated?

Integrations are built defensively and monitored, so a change on one side raises an alert instead of silently corrupting data. We offer maintenance for exactly this.

One-way or two-way sync?

Both are possible. We decide per field which system is the source of truth, so the two never fight each other.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope, so we quote per project after the first call. Pilots are deliberately small, with a fixed price agreed before we start, and no surprises on the invoice.

How do we get started?

Send us a message describing the problem. We come back with a few questions, then a short call, and you get a concrete proposal with price and timeline.
